“歌剧回来了,凛冬消散迎接春天”******

  舞美设计图展开,舞台中景倾斜的塔楼顶仿佛梦回巴黎,而由几何图形分割而成的冰块,在灯光的照耀下折射出些许斑斓的科幻未来感;几位男演员们长袍或斗篷的复古感造型,又提醒着观者这仍是普契尼笔下的那部经典歌剧——在昨天的上海歌剧院会议室,刚抵沪不足24小时的意大利歌剧导演马可·卡尼蒂,迫不及待地和中国导演杨竞泽对下月上演的《波希米亚人》展开了热烈讨论。

  作为上海歌剧院2023年演出季开幕大戏、全新制作《波西米亚人》的联合执导,历经整整一年的线上沟通,如今终于在上海握手、拥抱了。

  “我回来了!意大利歌剧也回来了!”导演马可毫不掩饰自己的满心欢喜,“很高兴看到世界正在渐渐走出疫情的阴影,重回正常轨道。当下,重启歌剧的国际合作非常重要,通过不同文化的碰撞与沟通,艺术将会激荡出强大的鼓舞人心的力量。”他认真地告诉记者:“面对疫情,我们所有人都是斗士,当所有人心手相连去直面恐惧并毫无畏惧时,我们就一定能战胜凛冬,迎接春天。”而这份寓意,也将成为此版《波西米亚人》舞台上一个令人惊喜的“彩蛋”。

  七年前曾来过上海排演《茶花女》的马可,将在接下来的一个月里与上海歌剧院艺术家们深度合作,共创《波西米亚人》的同时,他也将在上海度过他的第一个“中国年”。“马可对中国戏曲很感兴趣,我准备带他去听听京昆演出,让他好好感受一下上海的烟火气——大年三十来我家里包水饺、看春晚;春节期间逛逛上海的豫园,再一起去电影院看部春节档电影;参观一大会址、浦东陆家嘴金融区和滨江大道都得安排上……”上海歌剧院院长许忠悄悄“透露”了一连串的精彩计划。

  歌剧回来了,爱的火焰将点燃冰雪覆盖的舞台

  前天中午12点半,一架从罗马出发、经阿姆斯特丹转机至上海的航班落地浦东T2。马可·卡尼蒂和他的助理弗雷德·桑塔布洛焦,在历经11个小时的长途飞行后,顺利入关。一看到前来接机的上海工作人员,马可的眼中有了笑意,朝前方比了个“剪刀手”,回应马可一行的是来自上海的两大束鲜花。

  原来由上海歌剧院与上海大剧院联合出品的大型歌剧《波西米亚人》已筹备了近一年,眼看距离2月10日首演之日越来越近,获悉中国的最新入境政策后,导演马可一行立刻改签了最近一班机票飞向东方,并在落地后立即与院方各业务部门开展工作,要求尽快正式投入《波西米亚人》的戏剧排练。

  “这部全新制作的歌剧背景设定在2220年的巴黎,整座城市都被冰雪所覆盖。剧中贫穷的艺术家即使身处极寒环境,心中依然燃烧着爱的火焰!”马可的话语中满是对作品的期许。“艺术不死、爱情永恒。当1896年首演于意大利的感人爱情故事,穿越时空来到2023年上海大剧院的舞台,这份初衷不会改变。”

  “这次和马可联合执导,我们共同的心愿就是让歌剧发光,让这门艺术能够活在当下。”中方联合导演兼舞美、多媒体设计杨竞泽在舞美设计中用到了转盘,在长方体的冰面造型前,一股寒意扑面而来。冰块是寒冷的,而艺术家的热情与赤忱,足以融化一切坚冰,战胜一切困难。就像杨竞泽所感受到的:“我在上海的街头,可以看到很多特立独行的年轻人,他们让我对未来、对上海这座城市充满期待。”

  焕新的演出季让更多世界名家名团听到中国声音

  “从2020年至今,我们与国际交流与合作的步伐从未停止。三年眨眼过去了,这一次马可·卡尼蒂应邀来沪,能感受到他十分看好中国、看好上海的演艺市场,加上我们全面扎实的前期工作,所以当大幕揭开时,我们都已经准备好了。”许忠告诉记者,包括开幕大戏《波西米亚人》在内,上海歌剧院2023年演出季焕然一新。上海的观众也用期待已久的热情回馈演出季的精彩——据最新消息,48小时内,《波西米亚人》《托斯卡》这两部剧目的票房销售已过50万元,演出票售出1600张。

  凛冬已过大半,春天的脚步越来越近。这个春天对歌剧院来说将是火热的、繁花似锦的。许忠告诉记者,歌剧院今年国际化的步伐会“快一点、再快一点”。其中包括携手上海大剧院与巴伐利亚国立歌剧院首度合作的瓦格纳歌剧《罗恩格林》将迎来中国首演;与德国埃尔福特歌剧院联合制作的《漂泊的荷兰人》、邀请国际优秀主创团队排演的《托斯卡》等合作剧目,都已经接连排上了日程表。

  上海歌剧院党委书记、常务副院长赵蕾表示,今年春天开始,通过多维而深入的国际合作,将让更多世界名家名团听到中国声音、看到中国实力,也让更多中国优秀艺术作品与文艺院团走上国际舞台。

中新网评:处理核污水绝不是日本自家私事******

  中新网北京1月19日电(蒋鲤)日本政府近日称,将于2023年春夏期间开始向海洋排放经过处理的福岛第一核电站核污水。日本罔顾国内民众及周边国家的屡屡反对,企图将核污水“一倒了之”,把一件关乎全球海洋生态环境和公众健康的事当成了自家私事。

  2011年,福岛核电站事故发生后,大量放射性物质泄漏到大气层和太平洋,对周围环境造成了难以逆转的伤害,数十万人被迫撤离该地区。时至今日,作为日本邻国之一的韩国仍未解除福岛海鲜禁令。

  日本以核污水存储能力即将达到上限为由,在2021年4月13日,正式决定将福岛第一核电站核污水排入太平洋。过去一年多,日本政府和东京电力公司一直在持续推进核污水排海计划。

  日本政府辩称,这些核污水经多核素处理系统(ALPS)处理后很安全,甚至“可以喝”,这样的表态无疑在愚弄大众。

  事实上,经过处理的核污水仍含有多种放射性物质,核污水一旦排放入海就无法回收,长期来看,将会给海洋生态带来难以估量的潜在威胁,最终危害人类健康。

  因此,核污水排海计划推出后,遭到日本民众强烈反对。日本《朝日新闻》2022年3月公布的问卷调查显示,福岛县、宫城县和岩手县受访的42个市町村长中,约六成反对东京电力公司福岛第一核电站核污水排放入海。日本全国渔业协会联合会也多次申明立场,反对该计划。

  日本政府认为,核污水排海是最便宜、最省事的解决方案,但此举却将周边国家乃至全世界置于核污染风险中。太平洋非日本一家之海,核污水会随着洋流流动,其影响势必会跨越国界,危害周边国家乃至整个国际社会的公共福祉和利益。

  《韩国经济新闻》发文称,相关研究认为,福岛核污水如果排放入海,约7个月后将到达济州等韩国海域,该国水产业和旅游业将遭受相当大的损失。

  德国南极海洋机构也曾发出警告,若日本将所有核污水排入海中,不到半年,整个太平洋都将面临高度辐射威胁,包括远在大洋另一端的美国。太平洋地区人民更是对日本该计划持反对意见。

  日本作为《联合国海洋法公约》缔约国,有义务保护海洋环境。然而,在核污水排海方案的正当性、核污水数据的可靠性、净化装置的有效性、环境影响的不确定性等问题上,日本未能作出科学、可信的说明。

  国际原子能机构技术工作组虽已三次赴日实地考察评估,但尚未就日排海方案的安全性给出结论,并且对日本提出诸多澄清要求和整改意见。在此情况下,日本仍执意推进核污水排海工程建设,这是极不负责任的行为。

  太平洋不是日本的下水道,日本必须正视各方合理关切,在与周边国家等相关利益方和国际原子能机构充分协商后,制定合理的核污水处理方案。日本也要着眼长远,若只顾眼前,执意将核污水排放入海,不仅其自身,周边国家乃至全世界都将为之买单,其后果必将会危害数代人。

  Fukushima water disposal by no means Japan’s own business

  (ECNS) -- Japan has announced it will release treated wastewater from the wrecked Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant into the Pacific Ocean this year.

  Although Fukushima wastewater disposal affects global marine ecological environment protection and public health, Japan has turned a deaf ear to domestic and international opposition to dumping the contaminated water into the sea, treating the "global" matter as its own business.

  The Fukushima accident in 2011 had sent large quantities of radiation into the atmosphere and the Pacific Ocean, causing irreversible damage to the surrounding environment, and hundreds of thousands of people were forced to evacuate the area. South Korea still maintains its import ban on Japanese seafood from areas affected by the Fukushima nuclear disaster.

  On April 13, 2021, Japan announced it had decided to discharge contaminated radioactive wastewater in Fukushima Prefecture into the sea due to dwindling storage space, with the Japanese government and plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. promoting the release plan over the past year.

  The Japanese government argues that the water treated by an advanced liquid processing system, or ALPS, is safe and drinkable, which is undoubtedly fooling the public.

  In fact, the treated wastewater still includes a variety of radioactive substances and can’t be recycled once discharged into the sea, which will pose a great threat to marine ecology and ultimately endanger human health in the long run.

  Therefore, the discharge plan has been strongly opposed in Japan. According to a questionnaire conducted by The Asahi Shimbun, nearly 60 percent of mayors of 42 municipalities in Iwate, Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures oppose the discharge plan. The National Fisheries Cooperative Federation of Japan has also repeatedly stated its opposition in public.

  The Japanese government believes that dumping Fukushima wastewater into the sea is the cheapest and most convenient solution, but neighboring countries and even the whole world will be at risk of nuclear pollution.

  The Pacific Ocean doesn’t belong to Japan and the wastewater flow along oceanic currents will surely break boundaries and endanger public welfare and the interests of neighboring countries and even the international community.

  The Korea Economic Daily reported that related research concluded that if contaminated water from Fukushima is released into the ocean, it would only take seven months for the contaminated water to reach the shores of Jeju Island, with the country's aquaculture and tourism suffering considerable losses.

  According to the calculation of a German marine scientific research institute, radioactive materials will spread to most of the Pacific Ocean within half a year from the date of discharge, and the U.S. and Canada will be affected by nuclear pollution. People in the Pacific region also oppose the discharge plan.

  As a participant of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, Japan has the obligation of protecting the marine environment.

  However, it hasn’t offered a full and convincing explanation on issues like the legitimacy of the discharge plan, the reliability of data on the nuclear-contaminated water, the efficacy of the treatment system or the uncertainty of environmental impact.

  Though the IAEA has yet to complete a comprehensive review after three investigations in Japan, the Japanese side has been pushing through the approval process for its discharge plan and even started building facilities for the discharge. It is rather irresponsible for Japan to act against public opinion at home and concerns abroad.

  The Pacific Ocean is not a private Japanese sewer. The country must seriously heed the voices of the international community and make a reasonable plan for the Fukushima wastewater disposal after full consultation with stakeholders and international agencies.

  If it only seeks instant interest and insists on discharging the contaminated water into the sea, not only itself, but also its neighboring countries and the entire world will pay for the decision and several generations will be forced to bear the consequence.
